Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves the use of thin needles inserted into specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow and promote healing.

Acupuncture can help with pain relief, stress reduction, improved sleep, muscle and joint function, digestive health, immune system support, and menstrual health.

Since becoming a TCM practitioner, I have treated 7,000+ cases, helping patients restore and maintain their natural balance through a modern blend of Acupuncture, Food Therapy, Cupping, Gua Sha Scraping, and lifestyle recommendations.

I graduated from the Acupuncture Program at Kwantlen Polytechnic University in Richmond, B.C., and also hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia. Currently, I serve as an instructor at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I share my expertise with the next generation of practitioners.

Beyond my clinical practice, I serve as the Vice President of ATCMA (The British Columbia Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Practitioners). I am also a registered member of the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC) and a qualified practitioner with the Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling Association of Canada (FSN).
